The challenge of inclusion

The labor inclusion of people with disabilities is a complex route in which there are times when we encounter obstacles and difficulties. On October 16, an Airbus team faced, along with athletes with disabilities, the challenge of inclusion. They made an ascent to the Pico de la Mira located at 2,334 meters in the Sierra de Gredos.

During this route the team shared difficulties and surpassed the route facing the snow, the cold and the fatigue. The objective: to transfer the commitment of the entire company and reach the top demonstrating that the inclusion of professionals with disabilities in Airbus is possible if you work as a team for a common mission.
