Project Description
Spot UNHCR #NowYouCanSeeIt
International project used by the UNHCR chapters of South Korea, Saudi Arabia and Hong Kong.
After months of work, one of the most ambitious virtual reality projects & conventional narration that have been carried out in our country goes out: #ahorapuedesverlo. For two weeks, thanks to the trust placed in us by the UNHCR Spanish Committee, we were able to attend the day-to-day life of Syrian refugees on Jordania. First we filmed in Azraq, where 30,000 people live, and then we moved to Zaatari and the urban centers of Amman, where more than 80,000 and 600,000 Syrian citizens live respectively.
The campaign consists of a TV spot, a fictional video and a communication cycle of 10 thematic videos that members will receive to get to know in depth the work of UNHCR. We have tried to faithfully document what we saw using the perfect technique for this particular: the 360 4K video.
The result can be enjoyed both on PC and mobile device, but the real inmersive experience in 4K is achieved through virtual reality glasses.
The television spot, despite being the only traditional video piece in the project, maintains the concept of immersion and innovation. His narrative language departs from conventional advertising to bring the viewer to the sensations of the terrain; the daily reality of those people displaced by violence.
