Juan Duyos designs for the Repsol Guide

For the first time, the Repsol Guide will recognize chefs who receive Repsol Suns this year with an exclusive jacket. Fashion designer Juan Duyos has been the person in charge of designing this iconic garment of haute cuisine, and 93 Metros has documented the process.
From the origin of the idea, which arises when examining how this sector has deeply changed in almost all aspects except fashion, to the different tests of clothing, materials and designs. The objective was to renew a classic and reinterpret what already works, but adapted to today’s times. An artisanal and careful process engraved with the careful aesthetics that characterizes 93 Metros, using an innovative assembly that parallels haute cuisine.
