Playa Chica is a fictional short film filmed in Tarifa. Directed by Ignacio Vuelta and promoted by the Community of Madrid, it is currently in the post-production phase.

SYNOPSIS
Nito (28) is from a small coastal town in Andalusia, one of those tuna traps and tourist season. He works as a firefighter after breaking the family tradition of fishing. Nito has seen a simple and mundane image that troubles him. Isabelle (40) is from Switzerland, but she stayed in the village for years. Like many nights, Nito is absent in the middle of his watch, today to tell Isabelle that image. But she has other concerns.
